When we do exercises, we do need appropriate diet that can help us in the process of losing weight. We don’t need just to watch on the meals, but we also need to drink healthy drinks.
This apple and cinnamon drink can help us lose weight and maintain our ideal weight.
- 2 apples
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 liter of water (or 34 fl oz) or if you want 4 cups
Wash the apples and cut them into thin slices. Put the slices of apple in a bottle together with cinnamon. Pour water in the bottle and leave the mixture overnight in the fridge. This mixture-drink you should drink during the day. When you will finish with the drink, pour againf water in the bottle (where the cinnamon and apple are). Pour again 1 liter of water.
Repeat this procedure three days in a row and you will see the difference.
