Healthy Recipe Of The Day- Roasted Garlic Potatoes !

Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp low-fat butter
  • 2 tbsp parsley leaves, chopped
Preparation:

In a baking pan, apply oil and place potatoes cut in half. Add olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, basil and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and apply equally. Place into a preheated oven at a temperature of 400 degrees. Bake from 20-30 minutes. Finally, potatoes should have golden crust and crisp. Add butter and keep in oven until melted (about 1 minute). Serve immediately and decorate with parsley.
