Perfect for a snack, ideal for sharing with friends or family at a picnic in the park, wonderful for dessert after dinner … This cake is more versatile! Learn to prepare and do it as soon as possible.

  • 1 packet of biscuits
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 500 grams of cheese
  • 400 grams of condensed milk
  • The juice of one lemon
  • Zest of one lemon

Crush cookies using a mortar, a food or downloading your anger (be careful not go to hurt) by placing them in a plastic bag and hitting with a roller.Melt the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave and mix with cookies to form a gritty paste that is the basis of the pie .Put spring form pan with your fingers pressing well to make it very compact and takes the refrigerator.

It is very similar to the above but with some more ingredients. The result is equally delicious and easy to do. You cannot stop eating this cake in your holiday!

  • 1 packet of biscuits
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 2 packets of lemon gelatin
  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 250 grams of cheese or spreads
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 150ml milk
  • 200 ml water

Pica cookies so that you have some kind of powder.Melt the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave and mix both ingredients so that you have a sandy base. It covers with it the bottom of a spring form pan and place in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a bowl it integrates the cream cheese, sugar and milk. Beat to mix everything well.

Heat the water and envelopes of gelatin dissolves. Let temper and pour over the mixture. Bate for everything to integrate and take over the base of cake you had in the fridge. It brings back to the cold at least three hours to make it solid and set.
